They practiced at John Buetow's house and performed at Herron School of Art, Kokomo Armory, Camp Tycony and the Isis Theater, among other venues. They recorded often, both live & in the studio, always produced by John Buetow. In 1985, they released the cassete album <i>We're Destroying Ourselves</i>. A.S.S. was managed by Buck Sheveily.
